Question:   what kind of memory/storage device is your F: "drive" ?  I'm assumming it's a memory stick?   If so, are you running HiJackThis and SpyBot from there because you consider these to be "temporary" programs?

the point being, that HJT creates log files and backup files in the directory from which it is run.   It's important that you save these backup files, in case you have to "undo" [restore] some of the things you "FIX" incorrectly.   If the intent in using a memory stick is to erase these files "when you're done", you risk losing all the log & backup information.

Therefore, you need to move HJT into a more "permanent" directory of its own. We recommend using the directory C:\HJT , so that it will then appear in your log, under running processes, as C:\HJT\HiJackThis.exe

By the way, if I've misinterpreted your situation... if F: is indeed a "permanent"-type drive, then you're okay, and can ignore the preceding part of my response.

                      *****************

Run HJT. Place a check-mark in the box in front of the line:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SurfAccuracy] C:\Program Files\SurfAccuracy\SAcc.exe

Click on FIX CHECKED. Close HJT. Reboot. And see if WinFixer comes back or not.

[If WinFixer is still there... i.e., if this particular O4-line still appears in your log after rebooting... then you should reboot your system into SAFE MODE (by tapping the F8-key during the boot-up process, and selecting SAFE MODE), and try this FIX again while running HJT in SAFE MODE; and then, reboot into NORMAL mode.]

When you're done, generate and post your latest HJT log. And please let me know if you were able to remove this line in NORMAL mode, or if you required SAFE mode.

you have more than one problem in your log... the one we removed (successfully) was for WinFixer popups.   Had you noticed getting anything marked WinFixer?  --- And if so, have those particular ones stopped?

I'm "specializing" just in WinFixer (and NAIL) problems, so at this point, i'm gonna try to get someone else to step-in, to continue analyzing/working on your log.  please be patient.

good luck.

Download L2mfix
www.atribune.org/downloads/l2mfix.exe
www.downloads.subratam.org/l2mfix.exe

Save the file to your desktop and double click l2mfix.exe (you may not see the .exe).
Click the Install button to extract the files and follow the prompts,
then open the newly added l2mfix folder on your desktop. Double click l2mfix.bat (you may not see the .bat) and select option #2 for Run Fix by typing 2 and then pressing enter, then press any key to reboot your computer. After a reboot, your desktop and icons will appear, then disappear (this is normal). L2mfix will continue to scan your computer and when it's finished, notepad will open with a log. Copy the contents of that log and
and post it as a reply along with a new hijackthis log.

O20 - Winlogon Notify: SharedDLLs - C:\WINDOWS\system32\f82mlif1182.dll
is the line we are trying to get rid of here but you can't just check / Fix Checked it.
