Keep getting an error. Help Please.

Hi, every time i try to scan my computer with ad-aware se my computer detects like 15 critical objects and then my computer freezes and this blue page comes saying something about kernal_internal something like that and somehting else i forgot.  This happens everytime i scan my computer or everytime i try to defrag... i need some help please, thank you very much.

Do the scan again and post the exact error messages it gives you. Also state at just what point of the process you get the blue screen. Normally, Ad-Aware allows you to just delete the critcal objects and puts them in quarantine,, so something else is definitely going on.

ok i did the same thing again and when it was scanning it detected 33 critical objects.  It went from 1-33 really fast and then it stopped on 33 and it froze i couldn't even move the cursor. after 2 mins the blue screen appeared again saying the following:
 
A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.

Ok i did the same thing again and when it was scanning it , it found 33 critical objects.  It went from 1 - 33 really fast , and when it got to 33 it stopped , and the computer froze, i couldnt even move the cursor.  After about 1 min the blue screen appeared saying the following:
 
KERNEL_STACK_INPAGE_ERROR
 
Check to make sure any new hardware or softwares is properly installed.....
 
If problems continue disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software. 
Disable Bios memory option such as caching or shadowing.

Beginnning dump of physical memory.

Please perform a scan with F-Secure Online Scanner
Follow the directions in the F-Secure page for proper Installation.
1. Click on the link " F-Secure Online Scanner".
2. You may receive an alert on the address bar at this point to install the ActiveX control.
3. Click on that alert and then click " Insall ActiveX component".
4. Read the license agreement and click " Accept".
5. Click " Custom Scan" and be sure the following are checked:
  • Scan whole System
  • Scan all files
  • Scan whole system for rootkits
  • Scan whole system for spyware
  • Scan inside archives
  • Use advanced heuristics
6. When the scan completes, click the " I want to decide item by item" button.7. For each item found, Select " Disinfect" and click " Next".
8. When done, click the " Show Report" button, then copy and paste the entire report into your next reply.

Nope, i just finished scanning it with ad-aware and it froze after it caught 5 critical objects and the blue screen appeared with the same error... :(

I'm afraid your system is fostering some other malware. Please post a HijackThis log Here and describe your symptoms in a newly created thread for your log. Post a link to this thread so the expert there can see what we have already done.

Someone from the hjt forum will analyze your log and help you troubleshoot the issue. Thanks!
