ksuser.dll error from OEM02Mon.exe???

Middle of June I got my first new Dell laptop, and 3 weeks later I had to take the system back to the original state when it left Dell, due to it not wanting to boot. I tried everything that I had learned to do to "fix" these problems, but it kept telling me that either there was an error and would stop (trying to format or revert to factory settings) or it would tell me that I did not have permission. After finally getting it to revert back to factory state, all was going good until yesterday when I received a ksuser.dll pop up from OEM02Mon.exe that said it was either not for windows or was blank, then 2 other pop-ups stating that 2 different programs had stopped working and would have to shut down, neither of which I recognize or use. I will reboot after I post this and get their names and come back and post them. I didn't know what this ksuser.dll was for so I went on the internet to find it and tried to replace it with a new copy but again it tells me I don't have permission. I went into it's properties and took ownership and gave me all permissions, and it still wouldn't let me rename, update, or delete this file to put in the new one (probably a bad idea). Not being computer savvy, I am at a loss as to what to do to fix this so that I don't have to keep losing all my stuff every time I have to format or revert back in order to boot up my laptop. Any help would be greatly appreciated!! The last thing I downloaded was Yahoo Messenger for Vista about 2 days before the problems started happening, and I used the restore function to take it back to before that download and I still have the error.

*2 files that stop responding upon startup are: CyberLink PowerCinema Resident Program & Live! Cam Console Auto Launcher. Might have come with Laptop programs already installed or in a program I did install, but I have never accessed them nor did I download them. Honestly don't even know what they are for. lol

Update:

Everything was acting strange even internet connection, so I had to reset to factory image again! So, hopefully that will solve this issue, but if someone can tell me if it is a virus or just Vista bugs so I know where to start next time, I would really appreciate it.
