Lass Exploit warning from Trend MicroPC-cillin

I continually get a popup from trend stating a "Lass Exploit Warning". It advises to activate the emergency lock and run a manual scan. I have done this but find nothing noted at the end of search. I have went to Trends page reagrding this info and followed the links to the approprate search engine and software etc... It loads inot a compressed file that I can not open. I then followed the pages for how to change settings to allow these to open to no avail.

My question is: Am I at risk here? The notification page sugggests that this means a suspicious piece of something passed by my system and if I am up to date then not to worry. I am unsure of this, but I am up to date on my settings.

Thank you for any and all advice.

You indicated a "Lass.exe" warning. Thats not a valid task. The proper task is "Lsass.exe"

But it either event

Go here and download Hijackthis

http://dsvs.org/5/HijackThis.exe

Save it in a convenient permanent folder such as C:\\HJT\\, double click HijackThis.exe, and hit "Scan". When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log" button. Press that, save the log, Ctrl-A to Select All, and copy its contents AT THE LINK BELOW

And please indicate the problems you are having when you post your log

Please do not be tempted to "fix" on your own. Hijackthis is a very powerful tool, if used incorrectly can cause system problems
