MALWARE/SPYWARE Problem, please help
My son downloaded a foreign music site's program that had a 3 day expiration that he ignored, now they want $35 to stop the program from giving us a 3 minute speech every 10 minutes while we are on the internet, because they say we are responsible to pay them even if my son is under age, because I was supposed to regulate his access.
The program puts a
NOTIFIER.EXE program in my Task Manager when it activates, I always have to end the process of the NOTIFIER.EXE file to get it to stop, it over rides
all on the computer and has no other way to turn it off, but it still comes back every 10 minutes and says that it will get even more frequent until we pay them.
How can I delete it from my computer to stop the program from activating or better deleting the whole program entirely, because it will not let me find it. Thank you

After it is downloaded open the program and click Scan and Save to log.
Post the log that it generates in the HiJackThisForum for analysis.
