MBAM Server Issues

There appears to be widespread problems getting updates the last day or two. I first noticed the problem today when the update didn't seem to go anywhere. I tried again later and got the error message that the database could not be found, and since to download the app again would have to go through the same portals I went to MBAM site and downloaded it from there. Still no luck on Security Wonks, took half an hour to download 604 KB. Then I tried again just now and used the Malwarebytes mirror and it updated about 1367 KB in about 20 minutes on my dinosaurly dialup. I went to the site and saw that others were having problems also and that the mods are working on it...they said the Malwarebytes link should work better.  It's comforting to think that this problem is probably caused by the the popularity and effectiveness of this program. Navigation around the MBAM forum is very slow also.

Thanks for that, Dale.

I just updated MBAM from Malwarebytes.org, and it took about 15 minutes via fast cablemodem to download version 1512. Hope they fix it soon.

[Edit] I cannot access the MBAM forums at all.
