McAfee SecurityCenter with VirusScan

i recommed not getting McAfee on any refurbished comp. i called dell and they told me to call McAfee and i was on with McAfee tech support for 2 1/2 hours trying too figure it out and it turn out that my comp was registered under a email address and would not let me register it since it was a refurbished comp.  so they told me to call McAfee customer care line and i was on with them for over a hour.so i did and they required you to fax McAfee a copy of my invoice. and the lady told me they can set it up for 90 days till they get the fax and i told her that tech support told me there is a way around it and customer care told me there is no way around it. so basicly McAfee is worthless if you buy a refurbished comp. i recommed you buy norton 2006. McAfee is in INDIA and the people that work there will give you a run around on how to get it setup so you can download the updates. i will never order another comp with McAfee again. there CD is good for one thing....A POP COASTER is all its good for. i had to get a little mad so they would even try to help get it setup and at the end it didn't help alot. its too bad i had to go out and buy a AntiVirus program since my comp was good for 15 months. has anyone else had this problem???
