memory application error

There is a continuing memory loss message that continues to come up when I exit out of an Internet Exploror page.  The message reads:

iexploror-Application Error

The instruction at “0x015640ddâ€� referenced memory at “0x015640ddâ€�. The memory could not be “readâ€�.  Click on OK to terminate the program.

I'm foreign when it comes to computers so if anyone could help I would appreciate it.  Thank you.
