Microsoft Service Pack 2

Question

I have 3 dell computer and 3 computer of another brand and after I loaded the Microsoft Service pack to them they all crash with the very same problem. It put my computer into a startup loop inwhich all it did was after you turn on the computer was to try to log into window but would not. gave error message on not find a bois files and then reboot. It would keep going throught this cycle until you stop it. It would not even startup in safe mode. The only way I could correct this problem was to remove the Service Pack 2 and then reload window by doing a repair or reload windows from the Windows XP disc. I Talk to Microsoft about this problem and was told that 30% of the computer that use The service pack 2 from update would crash to us it from the program download or from the disc that it would not Crash the computer. The only way you will know that your system might crash is after it crashes. Even after this they Still don't want to tell you that the program have problem and this is why even after I got the disc I still refuse to load that program on my computer.
