* Call them at 1-800-764-3337. The voice recorded answering system will prompt with a number of options:
Select Option ""2"", then at the second menu Option ""3"" and you will be passed to Customer Care

If it was me, and I got a curt answer, when asking a question politely, I would tell them to come and get it and send me a new system, or take some time with me and fix this problem.

Be nice but firm.

Don't handle this problem via their chat, get them on the phone. Intonations are important.

You might post this in the Customer Service forum also.

The number you provided above (the first one) did not help.  They said they were for "Sniffer" products and I would have to call McAfee for help.   I'll try the other number you gave.
