need help removing malware "storageprotector"

Hello,

 

My computer has been infected with malware called "storageprotector".  There are two new links on my desktop called "windows update" & "help and support center" that cannot be removed/deleted without regenerating themselves.

 

I have tried to manually remove this spyware with instructions from the following site:

http://www.411-spyware.com/remove-storageprotector.

However, I was unable to locate many of the processes, registry values, DLLs, files, and directories that were listed to remove.

 

A few items to note before I list my Hjackthis logfile:

* I have not posted this issue on another forum.

* I am not using any cracked software.

* I am not using any P2P programs.

* This is my own personal computer, used only by me.

* My computer is protected by McAfee Security Center (anti-virus, spyware protection, etc.)
