Lots of ports or to many running programs open. Also CCLeaner and harm your system if not used properly. Hopefully youve made backups. Update AVG Antispyware then restart and run it in safemode then start back normally. Also hijackthis can be a dangerous tool if not used properply hopefully you made backups as well. If not do a sfc /scannow with your xp cd in the drive and then do a chkdsk after.
