3. List of security software installed, such as: antiviral software, firewall, spam blockers, popup blockers, script protection, etc., and what version of the product you used.
4. List of file sharing programs installed (if any) such as Kazaa, LimeWire, BearShare, iMesh, Morpheus, Grokster, Xolox, eDonkey, BitTorrent, Ares, WinMX, etc.
5. A description of the nature of the error or problems including the content of any error messages.
6. What steps you have taken so far to address the problem(s). For example:
* Have you scanned and cleaned with a virus scanner, Spybot-S&D, Ad-aware?
* Have you uninstalled any specific programs or made any manual deletions?
(Please note that this item is very important as some removal procedures are sequence specific and any step already taken may affect the situation if helpers are not made aware of them.)
* Have you requested help at another forum?
After providing the above infomation click on the link "Essential spyware removal steps and other hijackthis help forums" below and follow all the instructions (Step 1-5) ,install microsofts anti spyware software from the link below and then repost post the hijackthis log(In the hijackthis forum or ChrisRLG's site) after reading (Instructions a/b/c) after downloading/running all the programs mentioned there alongwith the Online anti-virus scans (instructions on how to run the online virus scans http://forums.thatcomputerguy.us/index.php?showtopic=5122 ).Update all the programs ie spybot ,And adaware before logging into safe mode to run it .Then repost your hijackthis log so the experts can help you remove the remaining nasty spyware .
