Not showing up in your log let's do this. Also I notice that you have McAfee and Norton. Running 2 AV's is never a good idea; it causes conflicts, slowdowns and can even allow some infections to slip by. You may keep as many as you wish , but only one should be running. Turn off or uninstall one of them.
Next Run an online virus scan called Kaspersky from
HERE.
1. Click on " Kaspersky Online Scanner" 2. A new smaller window will pop up. Press on " Accept". After reading the contents. 3. Now Kaspersky will update the anti-virus database. Let it run. 4. Click on " Next"->>" Scan Settings", and make sure the database is set to " extended". And check both the scan options. Then click OK. 5. Then click on " My Computer". And the scan will start. 6. Once finished, save a log as ". txt" to the desktop.
Copy and post the results of the Kaspersky Online scan
It's strange that any norton stuff would be on there, because I had already uninstalled it days ago. Also, I now have uninstalled Mcafee and installed AVG instead. My current setup is: AVG antivirus (free version), AVG spyware scanner (trial version), Spybot search and destroy (free version), and Zonealram free version. Any suggestions?
Also, it is possible that the Onmedia spyware has been removed due to the use of these new programs. But here are the results from Kaspersky:

Please follow these steps to remove older version Java components and update.
Updating Java:
Download the latest version of Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 5.0 Update 9. Scroll down to where it says "The J2SE Runtime Environment (JRE) allows end-users to run Java applications". Click the " Download" button to the right. Check the box that says: " Accept License Agreement". The page will refresh. Click on the link to download Windows Offline Installation with or without Multi-language and save to your desktop. Close any programs you may have running - especially your web browser. Go to Start > Control Panel double-click on Add/Remove programs and remove all older versions of Java. Check any item with Java Runtime Environment (JRE or J2SE) in the name. Click the Remove or Change/Remove button. Repeat as many times as necessary to remove each Java versions. Reboot your computer once all Java components are removed. Then from your desktop double-click on jre-1_5_0_09-windowsi586-p.exe to install the newest version.
Make your Internet Explorer more secure This can be done by following these simple instructions:
Open Internet Explorer click Tools->> Options. Click Security tab Click once on the Internet icon so it becomes highlighted. Click Custom Level. 3. Now Kaspersky will update the anti-virus database. Let it run.
4. Click on " Next"->>" Scan Settings", and make sure the database is set to " extended". And check both the scan options. Then click OK.
5. Then click on " My Computer". And the scan will start.
6. Once finished, save a log as ". txt" to the desktop.

Disable and Enable System Restore
the instructions are here
Please follow these steps to remove older version Java components and update.
Updating Java:
Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 5.0 Update 9.
Scroll down to where it says "The J2SE Runtime Environment (JRE) allows end-users to run Java applications".
Click the " Download" button to the right.
Check the box that says: " Accept License Agreement".
The page will refresh.
Click on the link to download Windows Offline Installation with or without Multi-language and save to your desktop.
Close any programs you may have running - especially your web browser.
Go to Start > Control Panel double-click on Add/Remove programs and remove all older versions of Java.
Check any item with Java Runtime Environment (JRE or J2SE) in the name.
Click the Remove or Change/Remove button.
Repeat as many times as necessary to remove each Java versions.
Reboot your computer once all Java components are removed.
Then from your desktop double-click on jre-1_5_0_09-windowsi586-p.exe to install the newest version.
This can be done by following these simple instructions:
Click Security tab
Click once on the Internet icon so it becomes highlighted.
Click Custom Level.
Change the Download signed ActiveX controls to Prompt
Change the Download unsigned ActiveX controls to Disable
Change the Initialise and script ActiveX controls not marked as safe to Disable
Change the Installation of desktop items to Prompt
Change the Launching programs and files in an IFRAME to Prompt
Change the Navigate sub-frames across different domains to Prompt
When all these settings have been made, click OK.
If it prompts you to save the settings, press Yes.
Next press Apply and then OK to exit the Internet Properties page
Use and maintain a Firewall I see you have a firewall now, just be sure and maintain it
Visit Microsoft's Windows Update Site Frequently for critical updates
Backup your Documents and Files and a regular basis
