Performance issues after removing a virus

Can you please look at my scan log and advise what should be removed. My PC got a virus and I thought my Webroot AV removed it completely since the scan located and removed 3 trojans, but ever since this happened it takes approx. 3 min. after clicking on IE to bring up a working browser.  This causes issues with installed programs like Adobe that need access to the internet.  It almost seems like my connection is being routed through another source prior to connecting to the internet, just a guess but something is definatley not right.
