Performance Slowdown and Problems with Soft Shutdown.

I've noticed some performance slow downs, the system not wanting to perform a soft shutdown, and problems with MacAfee running.  I've since removed all MacAfee components.  Replace with AVG Internet Security.  I've run a HyjackThis log.  I don't understand what a number of items identifies no ownership and would like to see if there is anything more I need to address.  Your help is appreciated.
