Please Help me with my computer!!!

Hello to all who happen to read this and think they can help.  My computer started messing up the other day when I tried to upgrade my ITunes.  It will start to download the new version (version 8) and it will stop halfway threw and give me a error about how it can't finish downloading. After all that started I ran a virus scan with Tend Micro and then restarted my computer.  After restarting I got a error saying my "M3PLUGIN.DLL" couldn't be found and I also found out that my speakers are now not playing any sound, i.e. music, videos, etc.

I downloaded the hijack this program and here is what I got back.....

Please tell me what to do.
