PLEASE HELP ME!!

Question

Our grandson, age 11 has ben playing games on our computer-via the itnernet!  We now have two different items that I cannot delete:  MCSSL.com and OPTIMOST.com!   How can I delete these?  Please help and many thanks!   Elinka

I am trying to delete these from my computer-they show up when I scan and are being blocked-confused me as to if they are both a virus!  any hep would be greatly appreciated!

What do you mean can't delete,are you trying to delete desktop icons,certain files,a program,etc.

UPDATE:  Ran scans the past 2 days-these show up as being blocked!  Last night I did a search-found these items and deleted them-today scanned and search and no items!  Confusing-as I am not an advanced computer user!   BUT THANKS TO EVERYONE FOR TRYING TO HELP ME!
