If you haven't contacted Adaware itself (Lavasoft), you might try a site that is very knowledgeable about all spyware and adware. Its called:
www.lurkhere.com
And these prople really know their stuff when it comes to spyware and the programs to remove them. It might be worth a try...

I wonder if starting with "Last Known Good" will allow login. That can be found by tapping the "F8" key while the system is booting.
