Please help

Question

Like the other poster, I have been told on more than account I have a bug that trying to access the Internet from my computer.   I have a temporary McAfee thing that popped up and told me but IT DOESN'T GET RID OF IT...when I scan the puter it just says NOTHING..like nothing is there..but I know it is cause it pops up and tells me! So I look up the folder it said it is..and I deleted 2 of em cause I didn't recognize them but one is still there. I noticed it will change names and make new folders in my Windows.   I have Spyware sweeper thing and Adware...I delete stuff daily that is just junk but I want this malicious Trojan GONE.   So I read that HiJack this .. downloaded and now have a logfile. Unless you have the Spybot S&D option 'Lock homepage from changes' active, or your system administrator put this into place, have HijackThis fix this.

So if you haven't done that delete the entry.

I find nothing at all re: qkkmwbk.exe in Google which is highly suspicious.
If you haven't set any paramaters for restrictions using SpyBot or other apps this entry can be checked also. This is just our first pass.

Go to add/remove programs and remove(uninstall) then following, if present:

Nav Excel Toolbar

anything with 'search' in it.
anything with 'toolbar' in it.

Be careful not to remove any personal or system software.

Go to this site and download the IST cleanup utility from Symantec.

Post back a new log.

Ok, i'll go off a prior log and see what we can do...

Go to Add/Remove programs and remove(uninstall) the following:

NavExcel Toolbar
BullsEye Network
YourSiteBar
anything with "search" anywhere in the entry.
anything with "toolbar" anywhere in the entry.

Be careful not to remove any personal or system software.

Go to here and download the IST bar removal tool and follow the instructions on that page.

Now, let's open a command prompt and unregister the dll(s) we're going to remove, by entering the following:

regsvr32 /u SEARCH~1.DLL
regsvr32 /u msbe.dll
regsvr32 /u ysb.dll

It's ok, if these aren't found or 'error' out. If you want, just copy and paste the individual lines to a command prompt to save on the typing.

Before we begin, let's move HiJackThis to it's own folder; like c:\HJT. When we're done ' cleaning' off your system, we're going to ' flush' the temporary folders which, with HiJackThis in it's current location, we'll lose both the program and the backups it creates. These backups are important in case we need to restore any 'fixed' entry(s) later.

Also move the "Backups" folder, for HiJackThis, if present.

Run HiJackThis and click " Scan", then check(tick) the following, if present:
