Pop ups from Outer info

Question

Hello everyone,   I'm getting non stop Pop-Ups from Outerinfo. i tried to delete the program, but it doesnt go away.   I ran the Hijack This software and posted the log file. I would appreciate if any one could help me with analyzing this log file.
