Popups error message Analyze My Log please

I'm having a issue with my PC. All issues started when I was help my father work on a business hand out. My father brought over to me a MS Publisher file on a USB flash drive made by Sandisk that runs U3 Smart software. I plugged the drive in and right away it was trying to install the U3 software I canceled the install and open the MS pub file. When I was done I unplug the Jump drive and received and error that read.

No matter what I do this error message keeps popping up on my screen. I called Sandisk and they try to help me and had my clean off all Sandisk software and register key to Sandisk and it still pops up and stay up all the time. Then we did a deep scan on the jump drive and found a NARS.exe auto run file which at this time Sandisk clams in a virus or malware. I reformatted the Jump Drive and perform 3 virus scans with 3 different scan software McAfee, Trend and AVG and none of them found anything. So now I have went to my last straw and have scanned with HiJackThis.
