Possible Spyware in start-up menu

I was going through and cleaning up some extra Programs on a friends laptop and i find a wierd program or process in the start-up menu.

 

In the Start-up item column there is a square and in the command column there is a square.   The location is the same as the McAfee software location on the computer.  Is this some sort of spyware or virus, or is it part of Mcafee just not showing up??
