Problem with logging onto a username on windows...

Ever since I ran this Active@DiskWiper program on my computer, it's made logging onto someone's username a problem. Whenever I try to log onto someone's username (i have Windows XP), it takes much longer to load my personal settings. What can I do to fix this problem?
