Thanks I will do that.

Another question..

When I did the scan the first time, I noticed after it was completed that I need to run the trend micro on internet explorer. Well I was using a different browser and did not see any options to clear those virus'

Could this be why I didnt get an option to delete these? It came up with 4 infected files and no more information on how to clear them.

christin814,

According to TrendMicro's " Frequently Asked Questions", HouseCall requires ActiveX in order to function, and that requires Internet Explorer.

christin814,

Sorry - I have no idea. Everything I know about HouseCall comes from their FAQ!

It looks like it is working now thanks! Do you have to be online to use it? Wierd Question I know

A friend of mine says housecall installs its own adware/spy ware into your computer. is this true? can we block it?

I recommend that to everyone whom i've helped and it seems to be doing an excellent job. No adware or spyware that i'm aware of is involved.
