Question about using web shields

Hi,

I'm currently using AVG 8.0 paid version, which includes a web shield. I've also installed Online Armor firewall (paid version - because of the keyloggers feature bank mode), which also includes a web shield.

At the moment both are enabled.

I would like to know whether both web shields complement each other or might cause conflicts (like running two AV programs in real time). I haven't noticed any slowliness at startup or shutdown though.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

If by 'web shield' you mean a firewall, then no - you shouldn't have two active at the same time (same reason as having multiple AV's running - possible conflicts).
