If you cannot get online at all then that is pretty serious. On another system, print my instructions. Walk through it and then report back what you find.
Actually, 'pretty serious' is a meteroite about 45 minutes from my backyard! I guess it'll be time to head down to the local shop, without my checkbook, and get that super-system i've always wanted ... :)
