Questions about 'mhtmlredir.exploit' & 'bloodhound.exploit.6'

Question

I was woundering why these trojan viruses don't show up when I run my norton security scan but they show up when I look in my activity log? Also in my activity log they show up as auto-protect but it says access denied and repair failed. Both of these attacked me when I was on the internet. Norton screen appeared and said I was infected with these viruses. What would you recomend me to do for this I am new at working with computers. Also I keep up to date with my live updates 2 times a week because I am worried about being infected with this stuff so shouldn't that protect viruses from getting on my computer. That could be the reason why it shows up in your activity log but not during a scan.For your own peace of mind, you could run one (or more) of the free online scans located at these sites: Symantec House Call Panda Software RAV Antivirus .Free online Trojan scans: Sygate Trojan Scan Windows Security Trojan Scan Note: let the scans repair/delete whatever they find.If you're still unsure after running the scans, post back and we can give you directions on how to post a HijackThis log file.:smileyhappy:George a.k.a.
