hello Navin!! thank you SOOOOO much for replying so quickly!! um, so yeah, i did what you said, but im not sure by what you meant by "check ssl and tsl" my ssl 2.0 and ssl 3.0 were both checked, but my tsl 1.0 was not. so does that mean i should click on tsl 1.0?? thanks!!
