What problems are you having, I can see some cosmetic things I would fix but nothing that I would class as malware (based on the tools I have).

This needs fixing, but should not give a problem:-
R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing

This one I would fix, don't like it when I see the word 'Coupons':-
O16 - DPF: {9522B3FB-7A2B-4646-8AF6-36E7F593073C} (cpbrkpie Control) - http://a19.g.akamai.net/7/19/7125/4018/ftp.coupons.com/v3122/cpbrkpie.cab

Dont Know these programs, and are not on any bad list I have. Do you know of them, are they from a known good source:-
O2 - BHO: CitiUS Shared Browser Helper Object - {387EDF53-1CF2-4523-BC2F-13462651BE8C} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\BhoCitUS.dll
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {77712A64-F30B-47C8-A363-CDA1CEC7DC1B} - C:\PROGRA~1\ADVANC~1\ADVANC~1.DLL

This is in your startup folder, which you may not need:-
O4 - Global Startup: Personal Coach.lnk = ?

These activeX controls could be removed, they would be recreated next time you visit the site if required:-
O16 - DPF: {11260943-421B-11D0-8EAC-0000C07D88CF} (iPIX ActiveX Control) - http://www.ipix.com/viewers/ipixx.cab
O16 - DPF: {2B96D5CC-C5B5-49A5-A69D-CC0A30F9028C} (MiniBugTransporterX Class) - http://download.weatherbug.com/minibug/tricklers/AWS/MiniBugTransporter.cab?

This may be connected to your ISP's connection or it could be your problem, the IP address below, was that provided by your ISP to connect to them.
O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{6E828B3D-707B-4116-A504-5C6C908F26AC}: NameServer = 198.77.116.8
This is 'Hughes Network Systems GIBSON'

Before trying to fix anything.

What is your problem, and give any answers to those above that I mention. I will then give advice on what if any to fix.

Yes it means that you don't have any malware problem, I think you may need some form of repair to OE, the cosmetic change are just that and would not improve your system in any way, so we will leave as is. Post this problem in the windows XP board for help with OE.

The problem I am having is when I click on a link in Outlook Express....it tries to open IE, and most of the time, a box pops up saying that "IE has encountered a problem and must shutdown" It then asks me if I want to report it to Mircosoft. Most of the time, if I try it the second time, it works.

The CitiUS browser might be for my Credit Card vitural account ?

The Global startup personal coach is likely for Mavis Beacon...there is a personal coach on the task bar.

On the ISP, I have a Direcway Two way connection, which is some kind of as Hughes Network.

Does this help you any?
