You did not include information about your system or the requested log. Therefore, my reply can be only general information.
Uninstall the toolbar via your Firefox Add-Ons, or if using IE9, go to Settings>Toolbars and Extensions> and disable Roboform Toolbar. If using another version of IE go to View>Toolbar> and disable Roboform there.
