Thank you for the link, I will use it when appropriate - the larger problem though is that the scammers, by all appearances, have a list of every service tag I support. It's not just one single incident or laptop.

Also, I would comment on some other calls I got yesterday - given the prevalence of these scams at the moment, having one of your reps call me out of the blue (when every other communication has been online) saying they're from "Dell Repair Center" with an unspecified problem with my dispatch, and having what appears to be a random VoIP number in Houston show up on the caller ID...is not a good way to engender trust.
