Someone Help...please

Question

So my computer recently decided to run at 100% CPU usage all the time. IT was working fine before I flew out to the Pacific Coast from the East Coast a couple of weeks ago. When I arrived everything started going super slow and I noticed the CPU usage gets stuck at 100%. I pretty much uninstalled every program on my computer, ran virus and spyware scans, defraged, and cleaned it out...
