Hi,
Unfortunately I am unable to assist with these issues as this is a corporate machine. You need to contact your system administrator or IT department and inform them of the troubles that you are having.
As I am sure you will understand, we are volunteers who give up our free time to assist home users. It is not our job to replace a companies paid IT support. Not only that, there could be sensitive information on the system that your bosses may not take kindly too having posted on the Internet.
Please contact your IT department.
