sprtcmd.exe - .NET Framework Initialization Error

Question

When starting up my computer I recieve the following error. C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\msccorwks.dll could not be loaded When I click okay, the pop-up continues to appear. I recently started recieving this error after having problems with my Dell DataSafe backup (which I finally uninstalled). Check in add/remove to see if net framwok is there.

If it is it might be corrupt...remove and reinstall...if it's not there install.
