spy bot problem

using spybot for awhile never had a problem downloading updates till now.now i get message bad check sum and downloads dont happen help?

One of the buttons at the top of the update screen/page will show a list of update servers. It's a button with a small drop down arrow. Pick a different server from this list.

The European servers with Spybot seem to work best.
