Spybot is acting weird

I run it often, check for updates prior to every scan.  No updates since I installed newer version 4-6 wks ago.  When I scan now, it runs for about 1 second; "no immediate threats" on main results screen, but lists usually 5 "problems" on status bar beneath main screen.  They're green usage listings, cookies & log.  I check, "fix".  All but 1 are removed.

I'm not overly concerned about usage tracks (tho prefer to remove); but what about the instantaneous scan?  It has always taken about 5 minutes until now.

TIA,

Nancy

Some false alerts for DSO exploits in new Spybot...for other issues try the main board:

As I said...there is a flaw in the free Spybot 1.3 that is falsely detecting those DSO issues.

Thanks a lot, Tex.  I know you guys have been swamped.  I just uninstalled the "RC" version (I know what that means now); and d/led the final version.  Everything's back to normal.  Appreciate the look-in.  Now go kill a virus.   Nancy
