at least for the past several weeks, it would appear that spybot has been trying to issue a new update every FRIDAY.   (although, the 14 Oct. update, which showed this internal date when downloaded, for some reason wasn't "released" until 17 Oct. )

      It would be nice if Spybot and SpywareBlaster would release their updates on a regular schedule, like Microsoft does with its Critical Update patches.

I still can't download updates from any mirror except the Safer network
with out getting a bad checksum error. :smileysad:
oh well at least I still get my updates :smileyhappy:
