What this means is some site you've visited has disabled your virus and malware protection to allow establishing tracking cookies (among other bad things) on your system. Let Spybot remove/correct the indicated problems and then run Spybot again to make sure your system comes up clean. Did you by chance click on a pop up alert message saying you computer was infected with a virus and to "click here" to remove it, etc.?
I ran Spybot again and Windows Security, etc. appeared. I clicked "Fix Problem", afterwards ran Spybot again and it was clear! Great.
Now when I checked for Updates it showed I needed......
1.Advance Detection Library,
2.Detection Rules,
3. English Description
After running updates, each item had an exclamation point in front of it with a Red circle and line through it... Also, "Bad checksum" was next to each item. Don't know what this means.
Re double spacing above: I am not doing this, computer is. I try to single space and I'm unable to?
If "Bad checksum" means something "BAD" please let me know.
Another thought...you might try disabling MS's Defender before trying to install the updates. I forgot to note that sometimes I've run into problems with Spy Sweeper running but after disabling it the Spybot downloads would run, then I reenabled again afterward.

I periodically (and recently) run into the "bad checksum" message with Spybot updates (probably a faulty upload from the source) but in a day or two the updates will load properly. If it continues after a few days or so, uninstall Spybot then download and install it again.
As an aside, I, too, don't like or use McAfee for the reasons the other poster noted. As for spyware detection, Webroot's Spy Sweeper ($30) is a highly rated application that has saved my bacon more than once. It monitors your system in real time and will block malware attempts as they occur. The downside is it requires an annual malware definition subscription, but then, so does every commercial AV or malware package. By the way, I don't own Webroot stock or otherwise have financial interest in it - it's simply a great product as I noted.
I'll do that. Also, should I use the immune on Spybot....I never have?
Yes, always run the "Immunize" option after updating Spybot. I run it twice to make sure my system is "immunized" with the new definitions after installing any update. Would suggest you spend some time reading the Help topics/info by clicking on Help on the Tool bar to learn how as well as other features.
Those AntivirusDisableNotify and FirewallDisableNotify are not detecting anything bad, nor do they need to be removed by Spybot. They are merely informational alerts that your AV and/or 3rd party firewall has disabled their Windows Security Center counterparts.
A more detailed explanation is here:

To prevent seeing these alerts:
Go into Spybot > Mode > Advanced mode > Settings > Ignore products > Security tab and check the items there.
As for the bad checksum, as noted trying other download sites usually resolves the problem. I find
Safer Networking #1 (Europe) is usually fast. Full instructions for changing the download site are here:
