Yes, actually you can get more than one adware/spyware/malware problem on your system at a time, and if you find one, there's usually more.

Post up a HiJackThis log for analysis and let's see what types of problems your having with your computer system. If your not quite sure how to do this, post back and i'll help you get one posted.
