Spyware virus on pc.

Hello,

I can't find my Dell CD that has system restore? Moved many times. My warranty has expired. I have broadband through verizon. How or Who do I contact? Everytime I log on it kicks me out.

I'm at work as my computer at home will not work.

Can someone direct me to the right solution? I was told it has a RAZ

corruption? I have since had a computer friend at least get into my pc but he said I should have had a CD that came with the Dell called System Restore.
