Still having problem with system restore after malware

Question

I followed suggestions for my malware problem (see http://www.dellcommunity.com/supportforums/board/message?board.id=si_virus&thread.id=7008

I am still having problems with system restore. After a restart, system restore is disabled and there are no restore points. I enable it and create a restore point, but then after restarting, its disabled. Malwarebytes seems to have gotten rid of the other problems... Here is the malwarebytes log:
