Strange Infection

Question

Every ten minutes or so I get this message that says, 'Scripts are usually safe. Do you want to allow scripts to run?', and it doesn't matter if I click yes or no it always sends me to a 404 page with http://62.4.84.53/trafc-2/rfe.php?cmp=wav_r2&nid=go&uid=2dacc21a092c11db8d7d00112f2416c5&guid=b4bda73c+bfa9ee9cbe0c4bf0ba31d972bc2172fb&aid=862 in the address bar. At first, I thought this was the Amaena virus, because it used to send me to Amaena's website and a website about Winantivirus. I ran updated versions of Ad-Aware SE, Spybot, Ewido, Roguescanfix, smitRem, Sunbelt Counterspy, VundoFix, and HijackThis. When I run those, the popups stop for a few days, but return eventually. What's more intriguing is that the virus creates random files and folders, almost copies of existing folders but not exactly. For example, it recently created folders such as Dcuments nd Settfngs and Vindows. They never contain anything, they always appear to be empty, devoid of hidden files too. A lot of the 404 popups appear as I am looking through folders. As I was typing this, a popup appeared, directing me to http://count1.exitexchange.com/exit/1281705. I have never seen this before.
