You are running HijackThis from a temp folder which is unsafe.  Please download it again and put it in
its own folder and run it from there before doing nay of the following.  See the FAQ.
Download the Hoster from:
Unpack to your desktop and run it.  If you have green print at the top then just press Restore Original Hosts then OK. 
IF you have red print then press make Hosts Writeable first.
 

Get DelDomain.inf from:
 
http://www.mvps.org/winhelp2002/restricted.htm  and then right click on it and Install. 
Get ccleaner from http://ccleaner.com.  Install it but do not let it clean anything yet.
extract it to your desktop.  Where it says Full Path of File to Delete put in:
C:\Program Files\ISTsvc
check Delete on Reboot and DELTREE then press the red button.  Agree you want to delete the file and
but don't let it reboot.
Repeat for
C:\WINDOWS\mcotyn.exe
But do Delete On Reboot only
Repeat for:
C:\WINDOWS\YOEEQU~1.DLL check Delete on Reboot and Unregister .DLL and let it reboot this time.

Boot into Safe Mode by tapping the F8 key when you see the PC
maker's logo.
Keep tapping until it tells you it is going to Safe Mode or you see the Safe
Mode menu. Select the top option.
Run HijackThis and just do a Scan only. Check then Fix Checked the following:

with Temporary and then Run Cleaner.

This one is still there.
 
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [ewsmRQcFQ] mobxch40.exe
Try again and see if you can get him with Hijackthis.  IF not try:
 
extract it to your desktop.  Where it says Full Path of File to Delete put in:
c:\windows\system32\mobxch40.exe
Check the delete on reboot box and then the red button.  Agree you want to delete the file but do not let it reboot yet.
 
If it says it can't find the file then try:
c:\windows\mobxch40.exe
 
Once it finds the file let it reboot.
 
 
Also you have a newdotnet infection but you can use their uninstall instructions:
 
 
You will know it worked when these two lines are gone from your log:

Log looks good.

Make sure you have System Restore running (toggle it off and On today to get rid of any bad stuff it may have retained) and then you can just go back to an earlier time if you hit a bad site.  One way to make this more obvious is to check everything in your current HijackThis and Add to Ignore List then set up Hijackthis to run at boot and to show you if it finds anything new.

To avoid going to a bad site you might want to install IE-SpyAd and SpywareBlaster and make the other changes recommended at:.

hi Ron, I guess I need ur help again. In these few weeks, there are pop-ups coming up which are all about spyware and protection stuff. So i guess iv got spyware, so sometimes my pc is just freezing and sometimes lagging. Beside from that, when I leave my pc on for a couple of hours, then nothing will react when I click on something. It will says not enough system sources to do that. So I scanned the pc and it scanned indeed some spyware, but a few I couldnt remove. here's a log. I think iv catched spyware from an online music site.

extract it to your desktop. 
 
Boot into Safe Mode by tapping the F8 key when you see the PC
maker's logo.
Keep tapping until it tells you it is going to Safe Mode or you see the Safe
Mode menu. Select the top option.
Run HijackThis and just do a Scan only. Check then Fix Checked the following:
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [e02BF] C:\WINDOWS\wlgvh.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SurfAccuracy] C:\Program Files\SurfAccuracy\SAcc.exe

Run killbox.
 
Where it says Full Path of File to Delete put in:
C:\Program Files\ISTsvc
check Delete on Reboot and DELTREE then press the red button.  Agree you want to delete the file and
but don't let it reboot.
Repeat for
C:\Program Files\SurfAccuracy
 
Reboot and post a new log when done.
