DD:  You hit it right on the money.Bagle.AG and Bagle.AF was on my PC. I used stinger and it got a few of them removed then I used this program called vcleaner.exe and it found 192 files infected by the bagle virus and fixed them all.SYS_XP.EXE is no longer in my processes list now that I killed the Bagle monster.Thanks a lot dd!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
