Task Manager, RegEdit,Folder options are disabled by Administrator error

Hi,
I am using Windows XP Home on my Inspiron 6000 series laptop. My Laptop is infected by Virus. So when i try to access task Manager it is saying, Task Manager is disabled by administrator even though i have admin Privilages. I went through several forums and found i can enable it by Regedit. But when i try to oepn regedit again it is also saying Regedit has been disabled by Administrator. I am not able to see the folder options also.I think all these are due to virus. When i scan my computer using Trend Micro Pc-cillin i found a virus which is not fixed by that software. Name is "WORM SOHANAD.DW" and the software is saying manually delete the file which is located in the folloing path
"c:\windows\system32\scvshosts.exe" But i could not able to delete the file .So could you please let me know how shoul i get rid off the virus and how to enable my Task Manager, Regedit and Folder ootions.
Quick help is appreciated. I am suffering and trying all possible solutions for past one week. But no success.
Thanks
Naga Kumar

Please download HJT Installer from Here to your desktop.
If not available use this alternate link: Here
  • Double click on the HJTInstall.exe.
at the next window Select Install.
It will be installed by default here: C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis.
A shortcut to the application will also be placed on your Desktop.
The program will open automatically after installation.
Select " Do a system scan and save logfile"
It will open in Notepad. save it to your Desktop
Before closing HJT, please click on the AnalyzeThis button. "Analyze This" is for use by TrendMicro, and DOES NOT mean "Analyze My Log". You will need to post your log on the Hijackthis Board.
Close the web page that appears and then close the program.
Open the Hijackthis log you saved to your desktop and copy and paste the results as a reply to this thread.
Use the Hijackthis shortcut to run future scans.
