Thumbs Up on Spybot new version 1.3

I downloaded the new version of Spybot 1.3 RC3. I seem to have two icons on my desktop for this program.The properties of one ends in /blinduser and the properties of the second icon ends in /easymode. I understand the easymode but what is /blinduser?  I am sure I clicked on the blind icon when installing, however I am not sure what this is or if I need it. Anyone know?

Starts with support for blind users

Does an update after starting the program

Runs the immunization at program start

Fixes only spyware (red) entries with /autofix
/easymode
Starts with interface for newbies
