~tmpa.exe has stopped working..Virus?

Hello, I would appreciate some help with a problem I am having with a pop up that keeps opening that states ~tmpa.exe has stopped working.  A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.  Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.  Everytime I close it, a few minutes later 20 or so of them pop back up.  I think I might have a virus that my software is not picking up.  I noticed in my hotmail inbox there was a delivery failure for an email that I didn't send that went to everyone in my address book.  The email had an attachment details00...txt and included a website Does anyone have any ideas what these issues are?  i am not sure if they are related or not.  I have also attached my hijack log.  Thanks so much!
