Trojan crashed my computer?

Hi .
 I'll get to the point .


1. I was on msn , facebook and youtube as I usually am .. and from nowhere popped up Adobe Reader . I thought maybe I clicked on something by accident but then my backround said "Computer was infected" or something like that .

2. No i dont have a anti virus which i regret now, but i tried downloading one and it kept freezing and doing errors cause of the trojan blocking it i think .

3. I restarted by computer with the button and then it did the normal Dell message.. but then it went all black , and stayed black screen. I tried maybe 10 other times and didn't change .

4. I tried using safe mode and what not and it just gave me error messages.

5. I called dell, but of course it didnt help. They just wanted me to pay a 200$ somewhat fee.



Any help on getting to my computer ? i dont really need help on virus, i can take care of it myself.. i just need to get to my account lol.
