Trojan Horse! Please Help

Question

My computer has been doing weird things and becoming very slow.  I scanned for viruses with Norton's and found 6 viruses most were trojan horses.  I was able to quarantine and delete all but one, which is located in a file in my system 32 folder in windows.  Please help!

Thank you for the response.  I tried the spybot search and destroy.  So far everything seems alot better.  Thanks!!

I ended up getting the trojan horse off my computer through safe mode and deleting the whole file.  The spybot did however get rid of a lot of 'spy's'  or whatever off my computer and my computer works a lot faster, without all the pop-ups.  Thank you for the help!
